DUTIES & TAXES

- All import duties and taxes incurred in international shipments are the buyer's responsibility.



SHIPPING

- Our orders can be delivered by EMS 
- Shipping Fee : 30 USD (Free shipping for purchases over 250 USD / SHIPPING TO USA +5 USD)
- Shipping Times: delivery within 7-10 days. (on business day basis)
  (Applicable if there is in stock. It may be delayed due to the circumstances of the wholesale trade)
- If you order multiple products, they will be shipped together based on delayed products.
- For partial delivery or combined delivery, please request Q&A in community section or KakaoTalk before 4 p.m. (If there is no request, it will be shipped 
   standard.)
- All our deliveries are climate conscious
- It is often delivered non-contact due to corona or local conditions. Please note this.
- Starts when the goods shipped, the purchaser, e-mail or My Page> Order Details page can check the shipping information.
- Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays for the ordered goods will be shipped the next business day.

Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. HMODE cannot take responsibility for 
customs clearance delays or failed payment approval, though we will try to minimise any potential delays.



RETURNS & REFUNDS

* Returns Policy
Returned items must comply with our returns policy:
  1. Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
  2. Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box 
      for shipping.
  3. If an item has a HMODE security tag or brand tag attached, it must be returned with the tag in its original position.
  4. You can apply for an exchange or return within 7 business days after date of receipt of the product.
  5. If you need to exchange / returns, you must contact us via Q&A board or kakaotalk before 4 p.m.
  6. Shipping fee for any return caused by our fault will be paid by the company.

Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will 
not be accepted. 
If you processed your order through guest checkout please contact our friendly Customer Service to start your return. 

* Faulty items
  It is our aim that every item arrives in great condition and we hope you’re always thrilled with your purchase. If you receive an item in a flawed or dam-
  aged condition, please advise Customer Service as soon as possible. Where possible we will arrange for a new replacement to be sent to you or a return 
  for a full refund of the defective item.
  Within the size error range (2-3cm), removeable thread or miscellaneous thread or chalk mark are not the reason for faulty items.

* Refunds
  your refund will be completed via the original payment method, excluding the delivery costs.
  The refund will be made within 3~5 days after the product arrives to us.

* Change / refunds shipping fee
  Please register the delivery service on EMS personally and delivery fee is paid by the customer. (C.O.D)

 - In case of payment of shipping fee (Additional amount to be paid)

ORDER CANCELLATION

- If you want to cancel or change before shipping, you must contact the Q&A board or kakaotalk before 4 p.m.
- Invoice entry and delivery is begin at 4p.m. on weekdays. (Basis of Korean time)
- Please cancellation request on the Q&A within 24 hours of payment
  (if your order is under “Preparing Shipment” status, please contact our customer service center.)
